The Virginia Forestry Safety Group Self Insurance Association offers a Workers' Compensation Insurance Program which was formed by Self Insurance Services and Manry Rawls Insurance for logging and saw mills. It's objective is to reduce the net cost of Workers' Compensation Insurance for the logging Members.

The Association provides specialized loss prevention programs tailored for each participating firm. Periodic computer printouts are provided to each member detailing their losses. Aggressive claims handling through investigation of all lost time cases is instrumental in saving actual claims dollars.
By implementing specialized loss control programs, aggressive claims management, cash flow management, and reducing administrative overhead, participants may earn substantial dividends.
