President's Message

Manry Rawls was founded in 1872. Being only the 6th person to hold the position of President, I am committed to maintaining our continued success and growth as a regional insurance broker dedicated to providing expert and high quality service to our clients. The next generation of leadership is now directly involved in the business and positioned to maintain continuity. Manry Rawls is supported by more than 40 dedicated professionals. As an independent insurance agent, we represent a significant number of insurance carriers, allowing us to provide products and services to a broad spectrum of business and personal clients.

Manry Rawls has two offices in Virginia that serve our clients' needs for commercial, employee benefits, and personal insurance throughout Virginia and the Carolinas. In addition to addressing a broad spectrum of general commercial insurance needs, we have specialty expertise in Forestry, Agri-business and Construction. Our Employee Benefits division is capable of developing programs for the small "main street" business to large corporate clients. We offer a wide array of products to meet the needs of the individual for home, automobile, boat or personal articles. Through our professional relationships, we have the capability to address the broad and complex insurance needs of our clients.

Our company is well positioned to continue our growth and success. We are financially sound, have a solid management staff and a motivated, committed professional staff, all dedicated to and focused on serving our clients with integrity, knowledge and quality.
