TRICK OR TREAT ON MAIN STREET!! Friday, October 29, 2010 there will be trick or teating in downtown Franklin from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. It is a very safe environment; the side streets are blocked off so the kids can go to participating businesses to get treats. In years past, there have been LOTS of little ghosts and goblins downtown!
